02. I am constantly seeing you guys give free stuff away and run a lot of sales, how can you guys do that?
We have actually gotten this question quite a bit. The answer is, we love what we do and we are passionate about seeing you succeed in creating awesome experiences for your audience. We know that the sell is not the end of the deal for us, we value our relationship with you, knowing that if we are good to you, you’ll be good to us. We give a lot away, we offer lots of discounts and great deals for you to stock up on great media. We want provide you with as many free resources, tutorials, and information as we can. We want you to buy from us, we’ve got to eat, but we are passionate about seeing you win and be successful. We are always looking for ways to be generous to our clients and customers, so if you have an idea, please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
03. Do you guys shoot video and can we hire you to shoot and edit interviews, testimonials, etc?
Currently, we just produce motion graphics content. That being said, we have years of experience in shooting and editing video, and we are not opposed to it – if it’s a must have for you and you only want us, shoot us an e-mail and we can talk – email@example.com.
04. How often do you come out with new Worship Media products and collections?
We try to release new content roughly twice a month. This usually includes all new collections and mini-movies that give you several new products that coordinate with each other.
05. What file formats do your products come in and how do I choose what format fits my needs?
We offer each Video product as Quicktime .MOV files in SD (480p) and HD (720p) formats.
SD (480p): is the common term for Standard Definition, 640×480 pixels, 4:3 aspect ratio.
HD (720p): is the common term for High Definition at 1280×720 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio.
Quicktime MOV: Our Quicktime MOV files are rendered as H.264. This format is higher quality and may have a smaller file size. Quicktime Movies are the standard on Macs and may or may not playback on Windows PCs.
MediaShout and EasyWorship users will want to install K-Lite (which is a 3rd party codec pack needed for playback) to run Quicktime files on your machine – you can install it here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm

07. What all am I allowed to do with your media content?
Great question. Check out our End User License Agreement.
08. Where does the name [twelve:thirty] come from?
When Jesus was asked in Matthew 22 and in Mark 12, “what’s the greatest commandment?”, Jesus summed up the entire Old Testament in just a few words. He said, “You shall Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind”. He said the second is like it, “You shall Love your neighbor as yourself”. Simply put, a follower of Christ should be all about Loving God and Loving People. But think about this- if we Love God, we will naturally Love People. So everything our lives should be about stems from Loving God. Our name comes from Mark “12:30” and that’s what we want our lives to be about in everything that we do: “You shall LOVE the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.” You can learn more about our company here.
